I have stayed in many different hotels in Fayetteville, visiting my daughter at U Arkansas, and this is hands down the best hotel experience I have had there. The room was spacious, comfortable bed and everything was quite clean - all for about what I paid for much less comfortable/clean rooms elsewhere. It's also conveniently located by all the big box stores to furnish/decorate/set up dorm room. (Plus there is amazing thrifting near by if you're into that sort of thing!)

Everyone seemed to enjoy the breakfast. My granddaughters had French toast but wanted my niece’s eggs and bacon. They really loved the chocolate muffins and coffee cake, which they ate later.

Members of the staff were very nice and helpful. The fire alarms went off and we had to evacuate in the early morning. The staff was helpful to get everyone out of the building and let us know when it was safe to return.

The staff were excellent and managed well. During busy times two people were at the front desk and I never had to wait. FIVE STARS!

I liked that it was close by food options and the jacuzzi add to the pool area for the adults!

The bed was heavenly! Extremely comfortable. We stayed in multiple hotels from other chains during our vacation, and this bed was the most comfortable of all. Well worth the extra money for someone 50+ years old.
